Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with a tracking number. If it takes longer than announced, get in touch and we will open an enquiry.
I would like to withdraw from the purchase.
No problem, you have 14 days. The details are in our withdrawal policy. A short email with your order number is enough.
The product arrived damaged.
Send us a photo by email. We will sort it out without fuss – with a replacement or a refund.
