Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs
Within Germany we deliver free of charge. There are no further costs for you – the price you see in the cart is the price you pay. For deliveries abroad, shipping costs are shown before you complete the order at checkout.
Delivery time
We ship from a warehouse in Germany. Usual delivery times from the time you order:
- Germany: 2–5 working days
- Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic: 3–7 working days
- rest of the EU: 4–10 working days
During busy periods or around public holidays there may be slight delays. If a delivery ever takes longer, we will get in touch with you.
Tracking
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will get an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your goods arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, write to us via our contact form or to the email address given in the legal notice. We will sort it out without fuss – with a replacement or a refund.
Delivery to Switzerland and non-EU countries
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are payable by the recipient.
