Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and business customers through this online shop with

Germany

(hereinafter the "Seller").

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. The purchase contract comes into effect when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving it, or when we dispatch the goods.

We store the contract text and send it to you together with the terms and the withdrawal policy by email. The language of the contract is German.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT. Within Germany we deliver free of charge. Any additional delivery and shipping costs for deliveries abroad are stated separately in the respective product offer and at the latest during the order process.

§ 4 Payment

The payment methods available in the shop are shown to you during the order process. The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract, unless stated otherwise during the order process.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Information on delivery times and delivery areas can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made.

§ 6 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please see our withdrawal policy.

§ 8 Liability for defects (warranty)

Statutory warranty law applies. For consumers, the limitation period for claims relating to defects in new goods is two years from delivery.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. In the case of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
